How to share printer in windows 7 or 8

Printer sharing in latest operating system like windows 7 and windows 8 is not that much difficult, it is similar to windows xp only, and if you don’t know in xp then also you can do it.
Just we have to start it and when it will finish you feel that it was really very easy. Today we are going to learn that how to share printer with other users, computers and Laptops, just follow some simple steps and need not to call other persons or engineers, because master is inside of you only.

Step 1

Press “windows” key with “C” key or Take your mouse cursor right corner of your taskbar it will bring up “Charm bar”. Click on “setting” and select “Control panel” or else type “control” in "Run" and press enter.

Step 2

It will open window of control panel. Now click on “devices and printers”, it will show you all devices and printers installed in your computer or Laptop. From printers select printer which you want to share with another and right click on that then select “Printer properties”

Step 3

It will open printer properties box of printer. Now click on sharing tab and check box Share this printer, now click on Apply then OK.

Step 4

 Just go to other Laptop or Computer and in type “\\Computer name or ip address” of your computer in "Run" and press enter, a new window will show you all shared files, folders and printer of your computer. Make sure your shared printer is available there.
