Change MAC address in windows 7 or 8

Mac Address is the unique address which has been Assigned by Manufaturer of that particular device. MAC addresses are used as a network address. MAC address is necessary for connecting to internet and interanet.

Everyone think that we cannot change MAC address of computer or Lan card. And when we use some pirated software or our trial period expires, then companies like Microsoft or Adobe find our PC or laptop by our MAC address and don’t allow us to use pirated software’s and trial products more than one time, But there is a way to change our systems MAC address.

Here I will show you how to change MAC address.

Just follow below steps.

Step 1-

Click on start or just take cursor in start menu and find control panel. You can find it by seach option also. Open control panel. Or just right click on your wireless lan card or lan card and select network and sharing centre. This is located on your taskbar beside of time and date.

Step 2-

Click on network and sharing centre, it will open a new window. Right side of that window you can find option change adapter setting, just click on that.

Step 3-

Now you can see wireless and wired network adapters in that window, just  right click on that network adapter which you want to change MAC  address, now select properties.

Step 4-

It will open properties of that adapter, then click on Configure tab. New window will open from that window select Advance tab, see below property you can find Network Address.

Step 5-

Now just select that Network Address and right side you will find value, select that radio button and enter any MAC address. Now just go to command prompt  and type command “getmac” without quotes, and make sure that your MAC address has changed or not.
