Follow below steps for increasing speed of buffering speed
over youtube.
Step 1
Login to your computer with a administrator or standard
account. After login successfully just go to Run by press window+R
button and type CMD and press enter from your keyboard.
Step 2
In command prompt just type or paste netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name=”TWCYouTubeFIX” dir=in
action=block remoteip=173.194.55.0/24,206.111.0.0/16 enable=yes and press
enter button from your keyboard.
Step 3
Now just Restart your
computer and check the speed of buffering by playing video over youtube. If you
are getting any type of problem by creating this rule or want to delete it just
type netsh advfirewall firewall delete
rule name=”TWCYouTubeFIX” it will delete this rule.
