Step 1

Go to google.com and search for Format factory software, you will find it easily. Download and install it in your laptop or computer.

Step 2

After completion of installation process open it by opening shortcut of format factory from desktop.

Select from category video or audio your desired format like MP4, 3GP or MP3,WMA,AMR which is suitable for you and click on it. Now click on Add file and select your video or audio file which you want to convert and click on Open. You can select multiple files here.

Step 4

After selecting file select your output folder by clicking on Change and click on Ok. now just click on Start and wait for converting a file. After completing conversion of file it will give message Task completed. Now just open your output folder and make sure your file has converted by opening it in your mobile device.
